Mobile App
Guests can contact Event Organisers or platform users through the Chat feature, which provides a direct messaging channel for questions, queries, and general support.
When logged into the event, the Chat option can be found in the left sidebar menu of the mobile app.


Messages sent by Guests will appear in the event Chat panel on the platform, accessible from the left-side menu:

Adding Chat in the Platform
Navigate to Event Configuration > Event Brand.
Chat will only appear in the mobile app once the Chat feature has been added to the Event Brand through the App Builder. An example is shown below.
