Mobile App

Guests can contact Event Organisers/Platform using the direct messaging feature called Chat which gives guests a platform for questions, queries and general support. 

When logged into the event, the Chat feature can be located on the left sidebar menu of the mobile app:

Messages will then be sent and received in the event chat feature located on the left side menu of the platform:

Chat can only be displayed in the mobile app when the Chat feature has been added on the platform via app builder. Example below:
