When a guest has been added to the platform and has been invited, a custom email will be sent to the guest requesting to both download the app and register for the event.
To combat any confusion, 5 easy visual instructions have also been added to the email template to ease the registration process:
Register using the QR code
Under the instructions to download the app, a unique QR code will be displayed for the guest to scan using the app:
Once scanned, the guest will be asked to register for the Event and create a unique digital pin to access the Event details. Login using the code and you have successfully registered for an event by scanning the QR code.
Register using event code
Under the QR codes sent in the event invitation is a unique event code. This can be used when either a guest has downloaded the app and types the code in manually, or by clicking on the code within the email to download the app and access the event.
