Adding Events to Your App

If the same Guests attend multiple events, their registration experience can be streamlined. This feature is only available for users who have already registered for a previous event.

To register for a new event, the Guest must be registered and logged into the mobile app and have received a QR code for the new event.

1.Open the app menu and select Add Event.

Note: The label for this option can be customized to suit your event (e.g., Next Race, Stage Two, Next Match, Add Show).

This will bring up your QR code reader like the one used on the initial registration.

Scan the QR code (or enter the unique code)

If you have scanned the QR code, the code will appear in the field underneath the reader. Once it appears press the "Add Event" button.

This will load the new event and you will need to enter your 6 digit login pin to complete the process.

Once completed, you will be able to switch between events using the switch event functionality as normal.
