If you are creating a number of events with the same people in attendance, you may want to improve their user journey when signing up to each subsequent event. This feature and user journey will only apply when a user has already registered for their first event.
The mobile app user will need to be registered and logged in. They will also need to be in receipt of a new QR code for a different/new event. This is how they register for the new event:
Open the app menu and select "Add Event" (please note this label can be changed to make it more relevant to your event e.g. Next Race; Stage Two; Next Match; Add Show etc.).
This will bring up your QR code reader like the one used on initial registration.
Scan the QR code (or enter the unique code)
If you have scanned the QR code, the code will appear in the field underneath the reader. Once it appears press the "Add Event" button.
This will load the new event and you will need to enter your 6 digit login pin to complete the process.
Once completed, you will be able to switch between events using the switch event functionality as normal.
