One of the key benefits with using Guestia is the level of communication that can be made pre, during and post event. Organisers and platform users have the ability to provide an enhanced level of services using the following methods:
- Immediate Push Notifications - Platform Users can send direct messages/Notifications to guests or Guest Groups which will appear in the Message Inbox
- Scheduled Push Notifications - Sent on a specific date and time relative to a Time Zone
- Map Marker Pin Notifications - Send Map pins to Guests to view on the mobile maps provider
- Activity Reminders - These can be scheduled around an event with a message attached which will be stored in the Message Inbox
- Registration Emails - Customisable email templates that are sent to Guests for registration
- Chat - A two way channel from the platform to mobile app users which is for messaging/conversation only. This differs from the Message Inbox which stores all other Messages outside of Chat
