Planning -> Travel Documents
If you're managing guest travel for your event, uploading travel documents allows you to assign, track, and manage all the necessary paperwork. This may include passports, visas, or any other required travel documentation.
How to assign Travel Documents?
Start by clicking on Planning on the left side menu and select Travel Documents
Click on Upload Document in the top right corner
You can either Drag and Drop a document into the selection box or browse files to upload. Once added, fill any relevant options such as the document type and select Verify file to begin the import process.
If the file is then verified select Test the File to continue to the next step and select Upload and Create Document.
Your document is now available on the platform and can be assigned to guests.
Please note - Guests will not be able to view or access documents such as passports due to personal data and security reasons.
