What are Guest Profiles?
Guest Profiles are centralised records for recurring guests, streamlining event management. Instead of creating the same Guest every time for each event, you can create a singular Guest profile that can be imported to many events.
Changes made to the Guest profile will automatically update the Guest index* profile that was imported & vice versa, and is commonly used to store key details like emergency contacts and travel documents, eliminating the need for repetitive data entry.
Custom fields can also be added to gather Custom guest information.
