What are Guest Profiles?
Guest Profiles work as a master record of guests who may be attending multiple events and can be imported to events with ease. In comparison to inviting guests on a per event basis using the Event Management tools, storing recurring guests profiles is an easy way to populate guest lists and monitor other information such as requirements and documents.
When a guest record gets updated it will also update the guest profile record, enabling the guest profile to remain up-to-date as things with the guest change.
Guest Profiles can also be used to store key information about a regular guest you would not want to keep adding, this includes emergency contact information and travel document details. Also, when signing up to Guestia, you'll be able to have profile specific details captured as custom fields that can be stored on a profile - this may include things like employee number, employee cost codes etc.
