What are Guest Profile Groups?
Similar to Guest Profiles and Guest Groups, Guest Profile Groups work to store groups of guests that are relevant for recurring events. If you have the same group of guests attending multiple events, Guest Profile Groups is an easy way to populate guest lists and save time creating and inviting guests.
Groups will store guest information such as the nationalities of guests, travel arrangement classes, the roles they have, and the history of any changes made to the group by platform users. The group works as an overview on who is within the group and can then take you to their guest profile for further information.
Custom fields can also be added to customise the Guest Profile Groups when creating your subscription. If any additional custom fields are selected, these can be set as 'Required' where information must be added before completing the group. Custom Fields can be used to capture additional bespoke information about groups tailored to you, this could be financial details like cost centres/codes or org structure details like department head name, as these are custom fields, they can be anything you require.
