Guest Groups

Event Management -> Guest Groups

Guest Groups allow you to segment your guests into meaningful categories that suit your event needs. Common examples include:

Package/Wave: e.g. Match 10, 4 Nights VIP

Day/Ticket: e.g. Sunday Ticket

Guest Type: e.g. Standard, VIP, Business, Competition Winner

Activity Type: e.g. Match 1, After Party

Flight Details: e.g. 7pm British Airways Flight

Guest Groups make event planning more efficient by letting you assign activities to an entire group instead of individual guests. Once a guest is added to a group, their itinerary automatically updates with the relevant activities.

Guests can also belong to multiple groups, allowing for flexible, tailored itineraries. You can further customise activities for individual guests within a group without affecting others.
