Guest Groups is the mechanism you can use to segment your guests. This segmentation can be anything that is relevant to you and your event. Common segmentation practices are:

  • Package/Wave 
    • (e.g. Match 10, 4 Nights VIP)
  • Day/Ticket 
    • (e.g. Sunday Ticket)
  • Ticket/Guest Type 
    • (e.g. Standard; VIP; Business; Competition Winner etc.)
  • Activity Type 
    • (e.g. Match 1; After Party etc.)
  • Flight Arrival/Departure 
    • (e.g. 7pm British Airways Flight)


The idea of Guest Groups is to save you time assembling your guests’ itineraries. Instead of assigning activities to each individual guest, you can assign specific activities to specific Guest Groups and then assign your guests to that group where they will instantly receive an itinerary of activities.


The great thing about the platform, is that not only can you segment various ways during one event, but guests can also be in multiple groups, making it easier to manage their overall experience and create multiple bespoke itineraries. Even once a guest is in a Guest Group with all its activities you can remove specific Guest Group activities off individual guests to ensure they’re itinerary is correct without affecting other in the Guest Group.
