Sending Guest Group Invites

Event Management -> Guest Groups

When a Guest Group is created and guests have been added to the group, sending invites works the same way as inviting guests with a couple of changes.


On the Guest Groups page click on the option the Send Invite to guests: 



You will then be presented with options to send invitations to guests:



 

You can opt to send the invite to a single recipient – this could be a named person responsible for a number of guests on your event and you do not have the contact details of these people:





This will send an email to the address supplied with an attachment that contains the unique codes of all unregistered guests. It will be up to the recipient to then tell the guests that they will need to download the app and enter the code that they have been assigned.


Alternatively, when sending invitation codes to all guests this will only send to guests that have not yet registers and will not resend to those who have already registered:
