How to Add Travel Plan Travellers to the Event

The travel plan has been approved and is ready to be applied to your Event to populate Guests, Guest Groups, and prompt Travel Arrangements to be allocated


Implementing Travellers from the Travel Plan into Events

When travellers in the travel plan have been properly organised, you can progress each profile via 'Actions' which will change the status of that profile. 
You will eventually reach the option 'Add to event' or 'Implement..' which will move that profile into 'Implemented' status, implementing that profile as a guest, visible from Event management > Guests


From the Guests index page, you can assign individual travel, accommodation, and activities to each guest, and invite them to the platform so they can access the information from the Mobile App.
