What is a Travel Plan?

Travel Plans are an easy way to organise, plan, and submit travel arrangements for approval across an event or event group. Planners can submit the number of people required on the event including their travel information such as flights, accommodation, and hire car requirements. Once a plan has been submit, an approver can then Accept or Reject plans and if accepted, the information will be added to the event and populate the list of attendees. 

Attendees are added to Guest Profile Groups which act as departments with an approver, or head of the department, allocated to oversee the plans. The Guest Profile Group can outline the roles within the department by adding specific tags for roles. In the creation of a plan you are able to select a group to import which will present the options for roles.
