What is a Travel Plan?
Travel Plans are an easy way to organise, plan, and submit travel arrangements for approval across an event or event group. Planners can submit the number of people required on the event including their travel information such as flights, accommodation, and hire car requirements. Once a plan has been submitted, an approver can then 'Accept' or 'Reject' plans and if accepted, the information will be added to the event and populate the list of attendees AKA Guests.
Attendees/Guests are added to Guest Profile Groups which acts as departments with an approver, or head of the department, allocated to oversee the plans. The 'Guest Profile Group' can outline the roles within the department by adding specific tags for roles. In the creation of a plan, you are able to select a group to import which will present the options for roles.
