Event Management > Guest Groups > Select Guest Group > Tab Hosts > Add Host
Hosts have different features available to them, such as Host Chat and Host Messaging. To access these features 1 or more Guests must be assigned as a Host. To make a guest the host of a group, complete the steps below:
Step 1
Select Event Management and Guest Groups
Step 2
Select the Guest group you would like to have a host for and then click the Hosts Tab. Select + Add Host
Step 3
You are then able to choose the users in the event you would like to be the Host by ticking the box next to their name.
Step 4
Finally, click 'Add Selected Guests'
You have now successfully added a Host!
Note: To fully utilise a Host, we recommend you create a new Event Brand specifically for Host with Host functionality implemented in the App (Host messaging, Host chat, Host check-in), this will also separate guests and other users from having Host functionality within the App.
