How to Create a Guest

Event Management -> Guests


Step 1

From the side menu

> Click on Event Management

> Click on Guests

Here you will see any existing guests that have already been created


Step 2
Click on either Create New Guest for single guest creation. 


Step 3

Once all information has been added

Click on 'Create' located in the bottom right corner to complete the profile


You have successfully created a Guest Profile!

Event management -> Guests -> Create New Guests


To begin, Click on Event Management on the main menu and select Guests. Use the ‘Create New Guest’ button as shown below.


Please see the information below as a guide on how to fill the fields.


Field

Mandatory* Information needed

Preferred & Legal First Name

Guest first name (Can be placeholder)

Preferred & Legal Last Name

Guest last name (Can be placeholder)

Email

Guest email address - The email address will be used to send out invitations

Brand 

Add the brand your guest will be assigned to for the event - (Event Brands are created prior to guests)

Preferred Language

Select the guest's language they would like to view the app in

Country/ Language

Select the Guests Country - This will set their currency within the mobile app


Once you have filled the form including any mandatory fields, click the 'Create' button to complete guest creation.
