The Media Wall can only be displayed in the mobile app once the feature has been enabled on the platform through the App Builder.
How to add this feature from the Platform to the Mobile App:
1.Go to Event Configuration > Event Brands, locate the relevant Brand, and select Actions > Change Theme.
2.In App Builder, open the Menu tab, select Add Feature, choose Media Wall, and save your changes.
3. Once saved, the Requirements option will appear in the mobile app menu for Guests under that Brand.
Accessing the Media Wall on App:
Guests can access the Media Wall by opening the left sidebar menu (tap the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner) and selecting Media Wall.

Viewing and Uploading Content
Guests will be able to view all approved photos and images uploaded to the event’s Media Wall.
For users this can be configured on the platform via: App Content > Media Wall
They can also add their own photos directly from the in-app camera option if enabled.



All submitted content will appear within the Media Wall section of the platform for review and management.

Important Note:
Content may not appear immediately in the Media Wall if approval is required. Approval settings can be adjusted in the Media Wall configuration within the platform.
