Managing Chat Conversations

When a Chat message is received you will be displayed with the message and Guest information with current time zone data of the travel. Using this data can provide a personal touch of support.


The added benefit to the timezone reminder within Chat messages is knowing when Guests will be active outside of local service hours and being active to answer any queries:





Additional management that can be applied would be to change the Chat name of the Event Organiser which will be displayed when a reply is sent to Guests. This can be changed when editing Event Details
