Event Configuration -> Event Details
The Event Organiser/Platform User chat name can be set in the creation of an event or when editing an event.
Start by clicking on Event Configuration and then click Event Details:
Scroll down to the bottom right corner and click on Edit Event
This page will now allow you to make configurable changes to the Event Details including the Event name, description or location.
The option to Add Chat Display Name will be displayed when Event Organisers/Platform Users reply to Guest messages
