Event Management -> Room Manager

The room manager gives you multiple ways to allocate guests to accommodation rooms both by drag and drop, and by clicking on the plus symbol to the right of a room type. You can also allocate within other accommodation using the filter drop down in the top left.

How to Click and Add

Start by clicking on Event Management on the left side menu and select Room Manager

Click on the  +  symbol located to the right of your room type

A new window will then open to apply guest information. Input Guest information and click Save Changes

Your guest will now be allocated to the selected room and will be displayed in the room manager

Please note: To allocate within other created event accommodations, use the filter drop down located under the main Room Manager title on the left.

You have successfully used the Click and Add allocation within the Room Manager!
