There are a couple of ways to add accommodation to guest in the system. Lets look at them both:
From the Guest Table
Click the "Add" button under accommodation for the guest you wish to assign.
You will be presented with the following form to complete:
Pick the correct room type and check the dates the guest is staying. Once you check a date you will see the room rate apply. You can manually override this amount to account for any specific variances that may occur.
You can also click on "Sharing with" and begin typing the name of the guest that will be sharing a room with that guest.
Using Room Manager
Click on Event Management and select Room Manager in the left side menu.
You will see that the Accommodation and room types that you have previously created are listed in the Room Manager:
Simply click on the + button on the left, or drag across to allocate a guest to a room and add a booking reference to complete information. You will also be able to override check-in and check-out times.
