Event Management -> Room Manager
Room manager allows you to manage how guests are assigned to hotels and accommodation arrangements. Once an accommodation is added using Event Management and Accommodation, the room manager does exactly what it says in the title. You will be displayed with all the available accommodation and som options for them:
On the left hand side you will see the type of room which has been booked with allocation boxes for guests depending on how many people per room. So the above example shows we have booked four suites with a two guest capacity with adjustable checkin dates, times and references for each.
Once the information has been input to the Room Manager this will then show as being saved and will update in the guests Accommodation details in app:
