Event Management -> Room Manager
The room manager gives you multiple ways to allocate guests to accommodation rooms, by drag and drop, and by clicking on the green 'plus' symbol.
Use the Accommodation drop down to select the relevant Accommodation.
How to Drag and Drop
Click on Event Management on the left side menu and select Room Manager
Click and drag across the days (highlighted in grey) that you wish to allocate to a guest.
A new window will open to confirm your date selection. Fill the mandatory/relevant fields and click 'Save Changes'.
How to Click and Add
Click on the + symbol located to the right of your room type.
A new window will then open to apply guest information. Input Guest information and click Save Changes
Please note: When using the + (Plus) button method, The guest must have allocated travel arrangements via Inbound and Outbound Flights, The Room manager will take the dates from those flights to prepopulate required stay from their travel.
