Setting Daily Rates

Event Management -> Accommodation


When an accommodation has been created for your event, you have the ability to add various rates to each room type which can be add when editing the accommodation. Room rates are a great way monitor budgeting for your event and highlight certain days which may have higher or lower costs. 



Setting Daily Rates


Click on Event Management on the left side menu and select Accommodation


Here you will see any existing accommodations with the option to create new accommodations in the top right corner




Select the accommodation you wish to make edit to open the Accommodation details page. 

Here you can see any room types applied, payments, room rates, and the rooms that are available. 





Click on the Room Rates tab across the top


Click the Add Room Rates button in the middle if no rates exist and on the right to add additional rates





A new window will now appear to add the rate information such as the title, dates and colours. 

When all the information has been added and you have selected a colour, click Create Room Rate in the bottom right corner to save and confirm





When you have created and added the room rates, they will now show in the room rates tab of an accommodation details





The rates have now been applied to your accommodation and can now be seen in the Room Manager. 

Click on Event Management on the left side menu and select Room Manager. Here you will see rooms that are ready to be assigned along with the rate and colour 





You have successfully created and set room rates to your event! 


Click here to allocate guests using Drag and Drop


Click here to allocate guests using Click and Add
