Planning -> Travel Plan
The travel plan has been approved and is ready to be applied to your Event to populate Guests, Guest Groups, and prompt Travel Arrangements to be allocated
How to Assign a Travel Plan to an Event
Start by clicking on Planning on the left side menu and select Travel Plan.
Here you will see any existing plans that have been created along with the option to both create new plan templates and manage any details of required travellers.
A Travel Plan can only be assigned to an event once it has been submitted and then approved by the approver. At this point the plan can be added.
The Implementation of the plan to the event occurs when the Add to Event button is clicked post approval.
Now that the plan has been implemented, Guests and attendees will be created on the event along with Guest Groups and the prompt to add existing Travel Arrangements.
