Event Management -> Accommodation
When an accommodation has been created for your event, you have the ability to add the room type which can be added when editing the accommodation. Room types are a great way to differentiate between the type of room an accommodation offers and also allows for rooms to be allocated to multiple people if necessary.
Creating Room Types
Start by clicking on Event Management on the left side menu and select Accommodation.
Here you will see any existing accommodations with the option to create new accommodations in the top right corner.
Click on the accommodation you wish to add room types to, which will then display the accommodation details
Click on the Room Types tab to display any existing types of rooms and if none exist, you can begin creating different rooms by clicking Create New Room Type
A new window will open to allow Room Type information to be added such as the Name, type, and various rates associated for you to apply.
Once this information has been added, click on Save changes
You will then be taken back to the Room Types page showing the Room type you just created or have created previously.
You have successfully added a room type to your accommodation!
