Event Management -> Guests/GuestGroups
Push Notifications allow event organisers to send messages via push notifications outside of the Chat feature. They can be sent to individual Guests or Guest Groups via the Event Management tools.
How to send Push Notifications
Start by clicking on Event Management on the left side menu and click on Guests for individual notifications or Guest Groups to send across a group.
The Push Notification option is located on the right hand side of both Guests and Guest Groups which will then load the options page. Additional options to Schedule Messages and also send Map Pins can also be used:
Begin filling the form out and when you're ready, click Send which will notify Guests and store in the Message Inbox.
