Next, click 'Create New Event' in the top right-hand corner of your screen (see below).

After clicking 'Create New Eventyou will be presented with the form below.

All mandatory fields (shown below) need to be completed before the Event can be created:

  1. The event name
  2. Description of the event
  3. Location Name
  4. Date (range of event)
  5. Time zone
  6. Location Currency

(You can always go back and make changes/updates to the Event details so don't worry if it's not 100% accurate at this time)

You can then decide the following, by clicking the slider button to YES/NO:

  1. Make Event Private to You? - This option allows you to limit the users able to manage the event.
  2. Can Guests Split Days? - This feature is used to duplicate a Guest itinerary. So that the new guest can use/carryover* the original guests itinerary.
  3. Guest Screening Enabled?  - Allows you to ask guests for set* specified requirements, such as Covid test reports, vaccination reports and passports etc.

You can then select the Event Brand and Event Group you wish to use by selecting the dropdown. *This can be selected after Event creation, if they have not been created yet.

You will then need to select the following from the dropdowns:

1. Event Group - If you choose to group your events e.g., by season, by sport, by country - select the group here.

2. Passenger Grouping Type - All passengers who are on the same flight or under the same booking reference will be able to see the other travellers within their travel information. If not required, 'No Grouping' can be selected.

Finally, click 'Create Event' in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen and you have now successfully created your event!

Please note: If you allow guests to share their itinerary and split days this will impact your guest per event numbers. Each time a new guest registers it will count as an additional guest on your subscription.
