Event Management -> Accommodation
Here you are able to import an Excel spreadsheet to apply to an event and allocate to guests.

How to import a Rooming Plan
Start by clicking on Event Management on the left side menu and select Accommodation.
]Here you will see any pre-existing accommodations and the option to create and import accommodations.

In the top right corner, click on the Actions drop down button and select Import Rooming Plan.
- The platform will then load the import page where files can be selected from your computer by clicking on Browse, or can be dragged and dropped

Once the file has been either selected from your computer or drag and dropped, its time to Verify Excel Spreadsheet by clicking on the button to the right. This will scan the sheet's data for any potential errors that may prevent the import.
If there are any errors with the sheet, the platform will advise of the errors and provide an annotated version for review

Now the sheet has been verified its time to Test the Spreadsheet at stage 2. Click on Test the Spreadsheet which will then show the data that has been imported for selected guests and then allow you to fully Import the Spreadsheet by clicking on the red button located on the right.

Click on the red Import Sheet button in the bottom right corner to import all the data and you have successfully imported a Rooming List for Accommodations
